Memberships

5,000 to 16,000 square feet lots obtained through private lease and membership contracts are available for a one time membership fee of $1,000 MXN Pesos per square meter. There are no additional fees of taxes for membership purchases.With the purchase of land through title of ownership or membership and lease contract, residents also have all of the planned amenity areas available for their use and enjoyment.Such amenity areas will also include a zen area, observation tower, pet park and childrens play areas and many more.

Membership & Donations

We have a non-profit civil association to be 100% off the grid that allows us to sell club memberships. The prices of these memberships range from $500,000 pesos or the equivalent exchange and up. We also have some lots approved by the state government department of Yucatan where deeds are delivered. With a 25% discount for payment in a single exhibition or 36 monthly payments with a 30% down payment.
